For high-rise societies, Dhaara monitors sources, towers, blocks and common facilities. We do not offer individual-apartment metering within high-rise towers. Count your lines for a budget illustration; final selection and sizing follow a layout review.

Source and downstream distribution readings represent different measurement boundaries. Do not add them together as total consumption. Differences between them need investigation and can include storage changes, timing differences or unmeasured use, not automatically leakage.

Pulse ₹12,999 per meter with the Pro plan included for the first year; from year two, each meter is recharged on Basic (₹1,788/year) or Pro (₹3,588/year). All incl. GST. Fittings, installation and shipping are additional. Larger deployments: request project pricing.
Your local plumber, following our installation guide: threaded adapters on CPVC or UPVC, about 30 minutes on an accessible, suitable line, no power wiring. We help confirm suitability from a pipe photo or layout before you order; larger lines and multi-point projects may need a site assessment. Support is on WhatsApp, Mon–Sat 9 to 6, from Hyderabad. We ship across India in 1–2 weeks.
Battery life is a design rating: sealed, 5–8 years on Wave and about 5 years on Pulse. The warranty is separate: 1 year, replacement on defect. At battery end of life the meter is replaced on the existing unions under the replacement arrangements in the warranty policy; note the closing reading first. Pulse reports its own battery level ahead of time.
No. Both products measure water flow through a pipe. Wave shows a changed reading at your next round; Pulse flags continuous or unusual flow in the next morning's water receipt. Neither measures tank level, switches a pump, or alarms the same minute a pipe fails. If you need that, tell us and we will point you to a level sensor or automation unit.
No; that is our offering policy for high-rise towers, where supply to flats is usually through several concealed risers. What we support: meter the sources (municipal, tanker fill, borewell) and the distribution lines (each tower or block, garden, clubhouse). That gives the committee source totals, block comparisons, common-area use and unexplained differences to investigate. Independent villas and separately supplied premises can be metered individually.
